1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 999phl website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 999phl, operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such amendments will become effective upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with 999phl, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses and promotions, dispute resolution, and termination of services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a 999phl account, deposit funds, or place bets on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. 999phl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

Age verification is conducted through government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to Philippine National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or other PAGCOR-approved identification. Users who provide false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts permanently closed, and any winnings will be forfeited. 999phl takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with PAGCOR enforcement efforts.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The 999phl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using the Platform. 999phl disclaims all liability for any violations of local laws by users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country where online gambling is prohibited by law. You further warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from specific geographic locations at our sole discretion.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with 999phl. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the different names, addresses, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices used. If we detect that you have opened or attempted to open multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately suspended or closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or deposits associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

In the event that we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to consolidate all accounts into a single account or close all accounts without prior notice. Any bonuses, promotions, or winnings obtained through the use of duplicate accounts will be considered void. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify multi-accounting, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and other information as required. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness at all times.

During registration, you will be required to create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify 999phl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, all users must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents and proof of address. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or other PAGCOR-approved IDs. Proof of address may include recent utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.

You may also be required to provide additional documentation at our discretion, including but not limited to selfie verification (a photograph of yourself holding your ID), proof of payment method ownership (bank statements or e-wallet screenshots), and source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

We reserve the right to request updated verification documents periodically or whenever we deem necessary to comply with regulatory requirements or to prevent fraud. All verification documents submitted to 999phl are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and data protection measures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

999phl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfer to Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank), InstaPay, PESONet, and over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized outlets including 7-Eleven. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential fund forfeiture.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary based on the payment provider. 999phl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to verify the terms and fees associated with your chosen payment method.

Deposits made to your 999phl account are considered final and non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of technical error or fraud investigation. Once funds are deposited, they are available for gameplay and betting across all Platform services, including casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and sabong.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided you have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the Cashier section of your account. 999phl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests. We may also request additional verification documents or information before processing withdrawals to ensure compliance with AML regulations and to prevent fraud.

If a withdrawal request is cancelled or rejected due to incomplete verification, incorrect payment details, or violation of these Terms, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to rectify the issue.

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 999phl account and verified identification documents. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, friends, or business associates, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that we suspect involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of this Agreement. In such cases, we may retain funds pending investigation and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law.

5. Betting Rules and Game Regulations

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on the 999phl Platform are governed by the specific rules and regulations applicable to each game category, including casino games, sports betting, slots, bingo, and sabong. Game-specific rules are published in the respective game sections of the Platform and form an integral part of this Agreement. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of each game before placing bets.

Bets are considered final and binding once placed and confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or as required by law. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 999phl's records and logs shall be considered the final and authoritative source of information.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is available on a wide range of sporting events, including but not limited to basketball (PBA, NBA, FIBA), football (international leagues and tournaments), boxing, mixed martial arts (UFC), tennis, and esports. Bets are settled based on the official results declared by the governing body of the respective sport. In cases where an event is postponed, cancelled, or declared void, bets will be settled according to our published sports betting rules.

Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapidly changing odds and market conditions. Odds displayed during live betting are indicative and may change at any time. Bets placed during live events are subject to acceptance by 999phl, and we reserve the right to reject or limit bets at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage, late betting, or technical errors.

5.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, including live dealer games and slot machines, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live game outcomes overseen by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be influenced by 999phl or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are published for each game and are regularly audited by independent testing agencies.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, all affected bets will be voided, and wagers will be refunded to your account. Progressive jackpots are awarded based on the specific rules of each game and are paid in full to the winning player. 999phl is not liable for losses or missed opportunities resulting from technical issues, network failures, or force majeure events beyond our control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

999phl offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or winnings from free spins must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts in the name of third parties
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification
• Using fraudulent payment methods or conducting transactions with stolen payment credentials
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting strategies
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or other tools to disguise your location

• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

999phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if such action is required by law or regulation. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease, and any pending bets, bonuses, or promotions will be voided.

In the event of account termination due to fraud or breach of this Agreement, we reserve the right to confiscate any funds in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. We may also report fraudulent activity to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors. If your account is terminated due to our operational decision (e.g., business restructuring) or at your request, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and charges.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

999phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Responsible gaming tools available on the Platform include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and cooling-off periods.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours, though they can be decreased immediately. Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily restrict access to your account for a specified period, ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, firewalls, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with electronic communications and agree that 999phl shall not be liable for unauthorized access to or alteration of your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 999phl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of 999phl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from the Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999phl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

999phl is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, force majeure events, government actions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and close your account.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 999phl.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 999phl is subject to the oversight and regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Players who believe that 999phl has violated applicable gaming regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Compliance and Enforcement Department.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 999phl regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

13.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 999phl.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice or consent.
